Cruising the carribean

We boarded our cruise a week ago. When we walked on board it was phenomenal out of this world! It was literally a piece of floating land on the sea. We settled into a cabin and went out to explore! Dinner dining experience was lovely 3 course meal so not used to that and was getting used to it by the end of week... :)! We also watched our first show it was ice skating. It was amazing and yes Courtney was thinking of you the throughout the entire show it was truly magical! Our second day was at sea . Still so much to explore on board. I even fit in some gym time. Day 3 we docked in labadee, Haiti was very tropical pretty beaches lots of outdoor water sports. I was enjoying just sunbaking & swimming with Arabella. It was very hot which didn't bother me just Arabella & Paul! Lol..
Day 4 we docked into Jamaica it was not one of my favorite places. The port was purpose built to cater for tourists. Paul and I wanted to be more adventurous and take a dive into the local town. It was horrendous!!! Haggle central much worse than Thailand didn't enjoy it at all.
Day 5 at sea more parades on board with dreamworks characters. Arabella was asking to go to kids club she loved it that much! They had some great activities for kids puppet shows, pirate treasure hunts, art n craft she was never bored. We watched another show in the aqua theatre synchronized swimmers, high divers it was awesome! Arabella was amazed, fascinated and intrigued. Daddy took her to a couple other shows whilst I relaxed, couldn't do everything, needed to fit in chill time. Their was seriously heaps of things to do on board except nothing. Day 6 we docked on Cozumel, Mexico. Weather was atrocious cloudy, raining and humid. We Ventured out in the afternoon weather was much better. It was my favourite port out of the 3! It was hip, happening and had life!!! Wanted to stay longer and not get on ship! Had a Mexican security guard say something nice to me in Spanish la Bonita, anyway lets hope it was good haven't translated yet! Haha. Last day sunbaking, more parades, mini golf, Ice skating I was terrible!!!
Glad to be on solid ground. We hit Miami south beach this morning, I didn't think it was anything special. We are currently staying at the Hilton parc soleil it's incredible. We dined in hotel restaurant hello massive lagoon pool with outdoor cinema playing. Rooms massive separate kitchen, lounge, bedrooms, separate bath big bath tub. We're so excited to visit the theme parks!!! Bring it on Orlando!
Couple things I haven't enjoyed is the food over here. You were so right sandy our food in oz is much more fresh and better quality.( even chocolate is terrible lawz) I can just imagines Michelle's face rolling your eyes! I admit I'm a fussy eater! The dryer thing I don't get either everyone uses dryers not hangs.I have never loved washing as much as I had today! Being able to hang it out on balcony. I have some loves too loving the tv channels! So many to choose from.. every time you flick you will always find something to watch! I am also determined to go shopping this week!!!! Can't believe half way thru holiday and haven't shopped!!!
