I thought I was having a short break which turned into a 6 weeks… Yikes!
During that time it impacted my sleep patterns, low energy, mood swings and then finally my back out. I couldn't even walk straight, it then suddenly struck me - Im not moving my body!
It doesn't matter how you move your body whether it's, walking, swimming, sports, jogging, running, gym, classes, yoga…etc
This quote says it all!!!
