What you will need to Decoupage Plaques
1. Plaque
2. Glue ( I used mod podge its a sealer too)
3. cutting knife
4. cutting mat
5. sanding tools (best $7 spent) files all edges smoothly

Method
1. Apply glue to plaque and paper. Smooth out with a brayer eliminates air bubbles
2. Wait until completely dry then apply seal top coat (only if using mod podge it drys clear)
3. Wait until dry (10-15min) use stanley to cut. then file off excess paper off with sanding knife
4. Finito!
5. I used the damage free adhesive strips to stick on wall.
