"Beautiful Room" Competition

So, I was in the process of entering our bedroom in the home "Beautiful Room" competition, I was very disappointed, as usual I took too long to try and PERFECT everything, entries closed. So I felt the need to blog about it. Im really proud of our bedroom, I wanted to share it with you.

OK... so when I decided on a colour palette for our bedroom, I really wasn't sure.
My style is certainly influenced by french provincial.
   Our room had to reflect both Paul and I.

What I did remember is that I had to have these chandeliers! when I told Paul how much they were
It ended in an argument,  look who won the fight...lol!

The bed is the centre of any bedroom, it is definitely the hero of our room
So when I found this beautiful linen I fell in love! (so many friends compliment me on bed linen )

The drapes and chaise framed our bay window beautifully.

I gradually added pieces to our room, and everything seemed to tie in so well.

I thought I was being a little creative taking a pic of the mirror, and getting the
 reflection of the bay window.
