Happiness is homemade...

I helped my friend Michelle move into her new place just before she started at her new school. That was the weekend I hurt my back so i was an invelid an couldn't do anything for a while.
I really wanted to give her something that was pretty & practical as a house warming gift. Also bit of me in it too an that didn't hurt the budget!

All these materials I had at home, so no extra costs at all.
Frame was a hand me down, I printed quote from home, jar was from home, sponges were brand new in bulk packets. Ribbon I had in my craft box

This frame was originally my mum's. It was gold I painted it white and
sanded it to give the shabby chic look.
Quote was on one of my boards from pinterest that I looved!
 I changed background colour unfortunately border or size didnt work out how I planned.
I still gave it approval.

add a lovely touch with a  gingham bow!!!

In the Jar I got free printable labels from pinterest
I stuffed with my favourite sponges. Microfibre cloth and non scratch sponge.
She will be able to use jar for something else!
