Its A Season To Be Jolly!

Well since Christmas is only around the corner I wanted to share with you my table setting I did for christmas last year.

We have a large outdoor table so instead of going out and buying a tablecloth $$$ I needed to think budget! I measured table dropped into spotlight picked up some white calico it came to less that $20 all depends on size shape of your table, ours is a 12 setting, so i thought that was a bargain.

For the runners believe it or not I used christmas wrapping paper! This colour was a little hard to find. I finally found it in target $6 a roll. I loved that it was cheap and I could throw it out not having to worry about washing piling up.

Vases I picked up from GO-LO $3.

Hydrangea's are my favourite flower especially the blue. My girlfriend had heaps of them in her garden she was a gem! let me cut her flowers in favour of a coffee. When i arrived home with the flowers I filled up sink with water popped them in I noticed all sorts bugs crawling out of them... ahh I was in a panic! Thank goodness mum to the rescue she suggested I put some vinegar in the water I did! bugs dead flowers fine! yay!!

As the base i sprinkled table salt then popped vases down tea light candles in between.
Above the table I hung some baubles in similar colours, &  stunning glass tealight baubles I bought online. I used fishing wire to hang them. They looked so pretty especiially at night.
Dinnerware from ikea, cutlery & glasses from target. Fairy lights above table from kmart.
